- What about pricing?
The app and map/feature updates are available on a subscription basis.
Individual responders can purchase the mobile app on an individual basis through the Google Play & Apple App Stores for £3.49/month. Volume licensing is available for organisation licenses.
API pricing is subject to use case.
- Which exemptions do you take account of?
Restricted turns, bus gates, low traffic neighbourhoods, school streets and the respective international equivalents are the main use cases.
We also take account of emergency access routes to/from motorways.
- Where do you get your data from?
We use OpenStreetMap as our base data layer, the same underlying service used by the likes of TomTom, Bing Maps and Amazon. We contribute data updates back to the community where appropriate.
In the UK, we are licensed to integrate Ordnance Survey data for buildings, addresses and some other features. For live road closure information, we have data feeds from utility companies, local authorities and National Highways.
- Which regions/countries do you cover?
We have access to data for the whole world. Our mobile app supports all countries, though most of our users are currently in the UK & EU.
- Which platforms do you support?
Our mobile apps are currently available on both Android and iOS, with Windows available on request.
