Account managers for licenses managed by organisations can update payment details and manage your subscription in our Subscription Portal.
 
 
App Store Users / Individuals #
 
Ignore the login option! If you’ve subscribed to the mobile app as an individual responder via an App Store, you need to manage your subscription in the App Store / Play Store. There is a link provided in the apps help menu. Note that it is not possible to transfer subscriptions between Android/iOS.
 
 
If you have reinstalled the app, you may see the sign up page. To restore an active subscription, tap the ‘Restore purchases’ link at the bottom of the subscription screen.
 
 
If you purchased your subscription online, you need to use the activation link you received by email.
