Account managers for licenses managed by organisations can update payment details and manage your subscription in our Subscription Portal.
App Store Users / Individuals #
If you’ve subscribed to the mobile app as an individual responder via an App Store, you need to manage your subscription in the App Store / Play Store. There is a link provided in the apps help menu. Note that it is not possible to transfer subscriptions between Android/iOS.
If you have reinstalled the app, you may see the sign up page. To restore an active subscription, tap the ‘Restore purchases’ link at the bottom of the subscription screen.
