Responder Match
Blue-light ETAs for every available unit, learned from real emergency driving, so you send the one that gets there first.
Learn more about Responder MatchResponder Match gives you lights-and-siren ETAs for every available unit, learned from real emergency driving, so you send the one that gets there first.
A width restriction can send the closest unit the long way around, while a unit farther away gets there first.
Responder Match is built on real data from emergency drivers, so its ETAs reflect how units actually move with lights and siren, not how ordinary traffic moves. That makes for a better-informed decision about which unit to send.
Step 01
Responder Match takes the incident location and the units you could send, through your CAD or the API directly.
Step 02
Each ETA is built from how emergency vehicles really drive each road, through the exemptions and limits that apply to that vehicle, so the order reflects the road, not the straight line.
Step 03
The fastest unit comes first and the nearest is marked alongside it, so you can see where distance alone would have misled you.
